Rachel is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution group.

She advises on the full range of commercial and residential property disputes, including landlord and tenant disputes, the recovery of large rent and service charge arrears, forfeiture disputes, contentious easements, trespass matters and possession claims, dilapidations (interim and terminal), break options, opposed and unopposed lease renewals, breaches of covenant and development related disputes.

  • Acting for landlords to recover substantial rent arrears and service charge, issuing debt claims and commencing insolvency procedures.
  • Advising on sale and purchase disputes, including advising and drafting notices to complete and rescind.
  • Advising clients in regards to restrictive covenants and modification.
  • Advising a large investor on provisions of the Building Safety Act.
