Philip is a partner in the Asset Finance Group.

Phil has over 30 years of experience in commercial aircraft leasing and aviation finance where he has worked with aircraft lessors, commercial airlines and financiers throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas. His practice focuses on structuring and negotiating a broad range of cross-border, multi-jurisdictional aircraft acquisition, lease, and financing transactions.

Phil was most recently general counsel at a leading international aircraft leasing company, and has held senior executive roles with major international leasing companies throughout his career, directing and managing global legal operations, and implementing acquisition, lease, structured finance and divestment strategies, as well as associated corporate and operational matters.
