NATASHA IS AN ASSOCIATE IN THE Assets & Structured FINANCE GROUP IN london.

Natasha specialises in asset finance and leasing in the transport sector, notably in aviation and shipping. She regularly acts for and advises international banks and financial institutions including ECAs, aircraft manufacturers and shipping companies on loan and security documentation. Natasha works on a wide range of finance transactions in the aviation sector, including operating and finance leasing, debt, pre-delivery payments, engine financing, individual and portfolio sale and purchases, JOLCOs, securitisations and manufacturer support.

Natasha has worked on award winning deals including Global Transport Finance’s “Aircraft Lessor JOLCO Deal of the Year Award” in 2016 and “JOLCO Finance Deal of the Year – Europe” in 2018.

Natasha also has broader experience working on project-based financings in the energy sector, including in oil & gas and renewable energy.

Natasha qualified at the firm as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2017. She worked in our Paris and Singapore offices before returning to London in 2021. Natasha speaks English and French.

NATASHA EST COLLABORATRICE DANS LE DÉPARTEMENT DE FINANCEMENT DU BUREAU DE LONDRES.

Elle est spécialisée en financement d’actifs, notamment dans les secteurs de l’aviation et du maritime. Elle intervient pour le compte de banques et d’institutions financières ainsi que de groupes industriels sur la revue et la rédaction des conventions de crédit et des documents de sûreté.

Natasha a acquis de l’expérience en fusions et acquisitions transfrontalières dans les secteurs pétrolier et gazier ; elle est également intervenue sur des financements de projets d’énergies renouvelables en Grande-Bretagne (solaire, éolien terrestre et en mer).

Natasha a rejoint le cabinet en 2017. Elle a travaillé au sein des bureaux de Paris et de Singapour avant de revenir à Londres en 2021. Elle parle anglais et français.
