He is civil qualified lawyer specialises in dispute resolution, with extensive experience in domestic litigation in the UAE.

He regularly acts for major corporates, prominent banks and governmental entities in all types of contentious and non-contentious matters within the Middle East region. He has experience in the commercial litigation sector focusing on shipping, construction and shareholder disputes.

Mostafa has a vast experience in financial crimes and criminal litigation being a former public prosecutor. He also advised several governmental entities and high net worth individuals in several criminal matters on embezzlement, breach of trust, money laundering, red notice removal and extradition and judicial cooperation under the UAE laws and Interpol rules.

Mostafa is bilingual, he speaks English and Arabic fluently.
