Moritz is a senior associate in the Corporate group.
He specialises in corporate law and advises on domestic and cross-border M&A and joint ventures. His practice focusses on projects and investments in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.
Furthermore, Moritz has significant experience in IP/IT law (including data protection) and advises German and international clients on ongoing and project related matters as well as in litigation.

Moritz Ferdinand von Baumbach ist senior Associate in der Corporate Group.
Er ist auf Gesellschaftsrecht spezialisiert und berät bei nationalen sowie grenzüberschreitenden M&A Transaktionen und Joint Ventures. Ein Schwerpunkt seiner Tätigkeit sind Projekte und Investitionen in den Bereichen Infrastruktur und erneuerbare Energien.
Darüber hinaus verfügt Moritz über umfangreiche Erfahrungen im IP/IT-Recht (einschließlich Datenschutz) und berät deutsche und internationale Mandanten in laufenden und projektbezogenen Angelegenheiten sowie bei Rechtstreitigkeiten.
