Marili Haraka

MARILI IS AN ASSOCIATE IN THE ASSETS & STRUCTURED FINANCE GROUP.

Marili has experience in cross-border ship finance transactions, advising banks, financial institutions, owners, operators and lessors on all aspects of loan and security documentation. Marili also acts for shipping companies on non-contentious matters related to the sale and purchase of second-hand tonnage and newbuildings.

Marili joined Watson Farley & Williams as a trainee in 2021 and qualified into the London Assets & Structured Finance Group in 2023.

Since joining the firm, Marili has spent time working in the firm’s London, Athens and Hamburg offices.
