LOUISE IS A PARTNER IN THE ASSETS AND STRUCTURED FINANCE GROUP.

She has significant expertise in the rail and aviation sectors. Her transactional experience includes secured debt, common terms platform and ECA-supported financings, leasing company and asset acquisitions and sales, as well as operating and finance leases.

Louise has represented some of the world’s largest leasing companies, operators and banks and has recently acted for Alpha Trains, Streem, Nexrail, Eliance, ING Bank and the European ECAs.

Prior to joining the firm, Louise spent 12 years with White & Case, including three years in their Paris office. During this time, Louise was seconded to Angel Trains, where she advised on numerous aspects of their corporate and financial restructuring, prior to their sale by RBS in 2008, as well as on their day-to-day operational matters.

She is ranked as a Leading Partner for Transport Finance and Leasing by Legal 500 UK 2026 and as a leading lawyer for Rail Finance by Chambers UK 2026, which noted “Louise is very approachable, hands-on and a true expert who has both the legal expertise as well as the sector knowledge” and “an excellent business partner.”
