Lauren is an Associate in the Regulatory, Public Law & Competition group.

Lauren has a broad range of regulatory experience across the transport (aviation and maritime), infrastructure and energy sectors, including:
(i) advising on EU and UK competition law compliance as well as carrying out global merger analysis;
(ii) assisting clients with EU and UK GDPR compliance;
(iii) assisting airlines and operators with the licensing requirements in the UK post-Brexit; and
(iv) advising shipping companies on numerous aspects of environmental compliance, such as ship recycling.

She has acted for a wide variety of clients all over the world, including clients in the private and public sector, buyers and sellers in corporate acquisitions and for various stakeholders in project financings. She has experience analysing environmental, health and safety, national security and competition due diligence issues from all perspectives in a transaction. Lauren also delivers regulatory compliance training internally and externally.

Lauren has also worked in Paris and London and has experience in both locations advising banks, financial institutions and funds on and drafting all aspects of loan and security documentation in the maritime sector.
