Jonathan is an associate in the corporate group.
He has mainly worked in relation to private company M&A deals, although he also has very strong experience in both public company admissions work and corporate group restructurings.
Jonathan advises clients who are active in the energy, maritime and infrastructure sectors.
- Advising Beacon Energy Plc on its acquisition of German oil and gas company Rhein Petroleum GmbH and the associated placing of shares to raise, in aggregate, gross proceeds of £6m.
- Advising CREDITAS Group on its acquisition of InterGen Projects (UK) Limited and its UK business from InterGen’s parent company.
