Jack has experience in asset and structured finance as well as in the offshore sector advising banks and other financial institutions, lessors, owners, and operators. He advises on all aspects of loan and security documentation in the maritime sector, commercial shipping matters such as chartering arrangements and sale, purchase and leaseback transactions and buyers and sellers on sale and purchase transactions.
