Florence is an Associate in the Assets and Structured Finance Group.
Florence trained at the firm, qualifying into the London Assets & Structured Finance Group in 2023.
Based in our London office, Florence advises banks, financial institutions, owners, lessors and operators on all aspects of loan, security and leasing documentation within the maritime and aviation sectors.
Since joining the firm, Florence has spent time working in the firm’s London and Singapore offices.
- Advising Anglo American in relation to its sustainable maritime transportation strategy with a series of ten LNG dual-fuelled bulk carriers, the first phase of which culminated in January 2023 with the delivery of m.v. "Ubuntu Harmony".
- Advising Navigator Holdings on a $200m loan for the financing of ten vessels, including a sustainability-linked margin adjustment and KPI linked to the number of women in leadership at Navigator.
