Dominic has extensive experience in both the London and New York markets advising lessors, banks, airlines, ECAs, underwriters and other market participants in a broad range of aviation finance transactions including all types of leasing work, PDP financings, large portfolio sales and acquisitions, asset-backed securitisations (ABS), complex limited recourse, warehouse and portfolio financings.

Dominic is ranked in Chambers Global for Asset Finance, which notes that he ‘brings innovative views and thoughts, which is valuable’ and that his ‘depth of knowledge is unsurpassed’. He was also named on Airline Economics’ prestigious 40 under 40 2020 list, which recognises the most outstanding individuals in that age group active in the aviation finance and leasing industry.

He is one of the principal advisors to the Aviation Working Group (AWG), a not-for-profit legal entity comprised of major aviation manufacturers, lessors and financial institutions and is vice-chair of the AWG’s legal advisory panel.

Dominic is also the Editor of WFW’s Global Aviation Resource Index, an innovative tool to compare data and scores for aviation restructuring procedures, aircraft repossession rights and aircraft deregistration rights in over 100 jurisdictions globally.

Dominic is based in London and practises English law, New York law and California law, being admitted to practice in England and Wales as a solicitor, the State of New York and the State of California.
