Becky Zhu

BECKY IS an associate IN THE ASSETS and STRUCTURED FINANCE GROUP.

Becky predominantly focuses on asset finance matters in the maritime sector and has worked with numerous leading financial institutions on a range of cross-border transactions, including ship financing, ECA-backed financing, sale and leaseback and vessel registration. She has supported on transactions across the Asia Pacific region and assisted on deals with a variety of asset classes including LNG bulk carriers, tankers and containerships.

Becky worked in a Chinese law firm in Beijing and obtained her Chinese Legal Professional Qualification Certificate in 2019 before joining Watson Farley & Williams. She is admitted to the New York bar.

Becky is fluent in Mandarin and English.
