André specialises in M&A transactions, joint ventures and project developments with a particular focus on renewable energy and infrastructure.
He advises international and national investors, project developers and shareholders on complex transactions and investments, particularly in connection with solar projects, battery storage systems, onshore and offshore wind farms and energy infrastructure.
Another focus of his work is the structuring and negotiation of project agreements for energy projects. André also advises on corporate matters and restructurings.
