Anastasios (Tasos) is a Senior Associate in the Project & Structured Finance Group.

Tasos is an energy and infrastructure lawyer who combines deep industry knowledge in Energy Transition projects – including battery storage, wind and solar – with strong involvement in cutting-edge technologies and assets, such as data centres and digital infrastructure.

He advises international and domestic investors on regulatory and contractual matters across the entire lifecycle of projects, from structuring and due diligence, to land acquisition, project development, construction and decommissioning.

He frequently leads cross-border M&A transactions, bringing together his regulatory expertise with a pragmatic, solutions-driven transactional approach. Tasos’s ability to offer commercially sound advice, tailored to each client’s specific needs, is reinforced by his earlier career experience in private practice, where he often litigated complex civil, administrative, and criminal cases and represented numerous clients before the Greek courts, including the Supreme Court.

Tasos has been recognised for his energy expertise by Legal500 EMEA legal directory and has been noted as a “valuable collaborator when doing business in Greece”. Other clients commented that “He advises in a strategic manner considering the reality of the business and market…”, styling him as “…incredibly responsive and commercially minded, always finding practical paths through complex issues”.
