Session 2 – ESG in Maritime Financing Transactions
Presenter: Charlotte Knight
Charlotte’s session will provide an overview of the ESG considerations and requirements in maritime financing transactions.
Key topics will include:
- Green Loans vs Sustainability Linked Loans;
- incentivisation and implementation through loan terms;
- what WFW has seen recently in the local and international market; and
- what we are anticipating in the short to medium term.
