Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is delighted to announce that it has been recognised as ‘Firm of the Year’ for both Shipping and Aviation by China Business Law Journal (“CBLJ”) at their annual China Business Law Awards.
The China Business Law Awards are based on hundreds of nominations received from China-focussed corporate counsel and legal professionals around the world. Each firm’s landmark deals, cases and other notable achievements in the past year were also evaluated as part of the judging criteria.
WFW Hong Kong Office Head Christoforos Bisbikos commented: “We are delighted to have received these two prestigious awards by CBLJ in two of the firm’s core sectors of expertise. They highlight the strength and depth of our highly regarded shipping and aviation practices in China which have been significantly bolstered recently by the arrival in Hong Kong of Partners Jackson Chow and Jonathan Silver and Senior Consultant William Ho in 2021, and Partner Simon Collins this year.
WFW Hong Kong celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2022 hence would like to thank our both our people and clients for their support and trust over the past decade and we look forward to continuing our successful journey together in the future”.
