WFW expands London Real Estate practice with Partner Hire8 June 2020

Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is delighted to announce Richard Hughes, real estate finance specialist, has joined the firm in London. Richard joins us from Pinsent Mason’s real estate finance team (prior to which he was a Partner at Simmons & Simmons).

Richard specialises in advising lenders, borrowers and other key market participants on a wide range of financing transactions including investment grade, leveraged, project and structured finance, restructurings and work outs, distressed debts trading and special situations. His expertise extends across all real estate asset classes (and also includes considerable experience in advising clients on restructuring and insolvency related issues) on both investment and development financings and for buyers and sellers of loan portfolios secured on real estate.
