Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is pleased to announce that project development and finance lawyer Dominik Kepinski has joined the firm as Counsel in Singapore.
Dominik, who joins from leading US firm White & Case, brings over a decade’s experience in international project development and finance transactions, with a standout focus on the renewable energy sector. His expertise spans the entire project lifecycle – from structuring and development to hedging, project financing, acquisition, divestment and restructuring – across Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.
Already recognised for its impressive global footprint, WFW’s Energy Sector continues its strong growth trajectory in Asia. Dominik’s hire is the latest in a series of notable hires for WFW’s Asian Energy practice including the arrival in Hong Kong of new Partners Carolyn Dong, Russell Wilkinson and Neil Macdonald from DLA Piper and Counsel Michelle Vickers from Sullivan & Cromwell.
