International law firm Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) is delighted to announce that Stephen Parker has joined the firm’s London office as a Partner. Prior to joining WFW, Stephen was a Partner at Paul Hastings in the same city.

Stephen’s practice covers both contentious and transactional work, with special expertise in restructuring and insolvency matters and banking and finance litigation. Stephen’s client base is equally diverse, encompassing investment banks, hedge funds, private equity investors, CMBS servicers and corporates.

WFW Managing Partner Chris Lowe commented: “Stephen has a broad ranging and successful practice. His litigation and contentious restructuring expertise in particular will prove invaluable additions to our client offering. He is the third Partner to join us in London this month, a clear demonstration of our commitment to both the London legal market and expansion through top quality lateral hires”.

Stephen said: “I am excited to be joining WFW as it represents the ideal platform for me to both serve my existing clients and expand my practice”.
