Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised Italian energy developer GEMdev S.r.l. (“GEM”) on its sale of a 70% stake in itself to Juwi Italia.
GEM is a leading developer of electricity plants powered from both renewable (especially greenfield photovoltaic projects) and conventional sources, with a pipeline circa 700 MW renewable projects. Juwi is one of the leading specialists for renewable energy operating in Italy, Europe, Asia and North America.
