Well regarded securities litigation and dispute resolution expert Thomas Ross has joined the firm’s London Dispute Resolution group as a Partner.
The “MSC SEASIDE” is due to enter service in December 2017, and will operate year-round to the Caribbean, from a renovated and expanded dedicated berth and terminal at the Port of Miami, Florida, USA.
All four are located in the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena (Emilia Romagna Region, Italy).

The facility was used to partially refinance four credit facilities and is secured on 35 vessels owned by subsidiaries of CPLP, comprising almost the entirety of its fleet.
With a total capacity of 659 MW it will be the world’s largest offshore wind farm once online (expected in Q2 2018).
This is another excellent result for the firm and clear evidence of the success of our industry sector focussed model despite a challenging macro-economic environment.
