- Advising a world-class developer in development and financing of large-scale offshore wind projects in Vietnam. Work includes advising on consenting overview, PPA bankability, investment structure; and drafting major agreements.
- Advising a renowned US-based corporation in day-to-day employment issues and development of internal employment policies (e.g., staff handbook, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy) in compliance with Vietnamese labour laws.
- Advising the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam in the development of thermal power plant projects in Vietnam, including 1,200MW Vung Ang 2, 1,980MW Vinh Tan 3, 750MW Dung Quat 2 and 1,320MW Van Phong 1 thermal power plants.
- Advising a Chinese investor in acquisition of shares in a solar power developer in Vietnam.
