Victoria is a Partner in the employment and social security group.
Victoria advises employers and senior executives, particularly in relation to complex corporate acquisitions and cross-border transactions. She regularly advises on policies and procedures, manages difficult disputes and tribunal claims and advises on matters of a contractual nature.
She is very experienced in employment aspects of share and asset deals (domestic and cross-border) and in complex TUPE-related advice, including outsourcing agreements.
Victoria was recognised as ‘Rising Star Europe 2020’ in IFLR’s Employment and Labour category.
- Advising an international tobacco company on the potential sale of a business unit, including advice on consultation with unions.
- Advising a French Risk Capital group on the acquisition of one of the main Spanish Telco-infrastructure companies, including the Due Diligence process and negotiation of the sale purchase agreement.
- Advising Vortex on its acquisition of a 49% stake in Ignis to develop renewable projects in Spain.
