Tricia is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution group.

Tricia has significant experience in handling a wide range of complex multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes, with a particular focus on large-scale insolvency matters arising from corporate collapses, high-value contractual claims, shareholders’ disputes and civil fraud and asset recovery matters.

In addition to commercial litigation, Tricia also has experience in contentious probate and estate administration matters.

Tricia’s prior career in the financial sector and her first degree in Economics allow her to draw on her financial literacy and analytical skills in representing clients in complex financial investigations and disputes.

Tricia is a dual qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and England & Wales. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Advising the joint and several administrators in the administration of the estate of a late tycoon in Hong Kong, including a potential recovery action against a family member for misappropriation of assets from a company in China.
