Toby is an Associate in the London Corporate Group.
Toby has experience advising both private and public companies on corporate transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures within the Energy, Mining and Commodities and Maritime sectors.
Since joining WFW, Toby has worked in the London and Dubai offices.
- Societe Generale on the signing of an agreement to acquire a majority stake in PayXpert, a fintech company specialising in payment services.
- One of the partners to a joint venture agreement on the key terms of the acquisition of its joint venture partner’s stake in a vessel owning structure.
- AIM listed Star Energy (formerly IGas Energy Plc) on its acquisition of a majority stake in a company with geothermal assets in Croatia (the “Croatian Geothermal JV company”).
- An international client on its successful acquisition of a maritime services business based in the Middle East.
