Tiana is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Group.

Tiana has extensive experience in international arbitration and litigation, with a particular focus on wet and dry shipping and commodities disputes. She has acted for and advised a wide range of clients, such as P&I clubs, commodities traders and shipbuilding companies, and has experience with several arbitral institutions, including the LMAA, SCMA, SIAC and HKIAC.

She also has experience with non-contentious work, including the drafting and negotiation of charterparties and trading contracts and advising on regulatory issues.

Tiana is also involved in relevant industry associations and leads the Membership Committee of Women in Mining and Resources (Singapore Charter).

  • Acting for a leading global mining company in a complex arbitration relating to multiple alleged breaches under a COA.
  • Acting for a global commodity trading company in a dispute arising out of the sale of off-specification bunkers.
