THOMAS IS A SENIOR ASSOCIATE IN THE CORPORATE GROUP.
Thomas advises on a range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A and joint venture arrangements as well as commercial matters across several sectors including energy, mining, transport, infrastructure and real estate.
Thomas is bilingual in English and French and has significant experience advising French or French-speaking clients on corporate matters regulated by English law.
Thomas was part of the award-winning team advising the Republic of Guinea on the US$24bn Simandou project, the world’s largest mining and related rail and port infrastructure project, for which he was shortlisted for Rising Star – International at the IFLR Africa Awards 2025.

- Advising a large US based group on the sale of a French subsidiary company to a Spanish buyer in the aerospace sector.
- Advising an investment fund on the sale of a luxury hotel in London to a Swiss private equity fund.
- Advising a large, French, private equity backed, conveyor systems group on the purchase of an English company.
