Stephanie is a Transaction Lawyer in the Corporate and M&A Group.

Stephanie specialises in corporate law and assists with the drafting of transaction and project contracts for national and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and project development transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

During her traineeship, she completed a programme at an international law firm in the field of private equity and, in addition to her legal training, she has also completed a degree in economics.

Stephanie Groß ist Transaction Lawyer in der Corporate and M&A Group.

Stephanie Groß ist spezialisiert auf das Gesellschaftsrecht und unterstützt bei nationalen und grenzüberschreitenden M&A-Transaktionen, Joint Ventures und Projektentwicklungstransaktionen in den Sektoren Energie und Infrastruktur bei der Gestaltung von Transaktions- und Projektverträgen.

Im Rahmen ihrer Ausbildung absolvierte sie eine Station in einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei im Bereich des Private Equity und hat zusätzlich zu ihrer juristischen Ausbildung ein Wirtschaftsstudium abgeschlossen.
