Sophia specialises in corporate law and advises on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and project development transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
During her legal clerkship, Sophia worked for international law firms and for the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.
