Sofia Stefanou

Sofia is an Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.

Sofia advises on cross-border and domestic asset-backed finance transactions, with a particular focus on the maritime sector. Her clients include financial institutions, private equity firms and other investment funds. Prior to joining the firm, Sofia primarily advised on matters involving Marshall Islands and Liberian corporate and maritime law.

She speaks both English and Greek.
