Sofia Koukouli

Sofia is an Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance group.

Sofia has experience in international finance transactions advising banks, financial institutions and borrowers on loan and security documentation. She has also acted for both buyers and sellers on sale and purchase transactions.

Sofia joined WFW as a trainee in 2023 and qualified into the London Assets & Structured Finance group in 2025. Since joining the firm, she has worked in the London, Dubai and Athens offices.
