Sarah is a managing Associate in the Corporate and M&A Group.

Sarah specialises in M&A transactions, joint ventures and project developments with a particular focus on renewable energy and infrastructure.

She advises international and national investors, project developers and shareholders on complex transactions and investments, particularly in connection with solar projects, battery storage systems, onshore and offshore wind farms and energy infrastructure.

Another focus of her work is the structuring and negotiation of project agreements for energy projects. Sarah also advises on corporate matters and restructurings.

Sarah Wolf ist auf M&A-Transaktionen, Joint Ventures und Projektentwicklungen mit besonderem Fokus auf erneuerbare Energien und Infrastruktur spezialisiert.

Sie berät umfassend internationale und nationale Investoren, Projektentwickler und Gesellschafter bei komplexen Transaktionen und Investitionen, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Solarprojekten, Batteriespeichern, On- und Offshore-Windparks sowie Energieinfrastruktur.

Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt ihrer Tätigkeit liegt in der Erstellung und Verhandlung von Projektverträgen für Energieprojekte. Darüber hinaus berät Sarah Wolf zu gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und Umstrukturierungen.
