Sarah is Counsel in the Energy group.
With a particular focus on the upstream oil and gas sector, Sarah has significant in-house and private practice experience advising on corporate and commercial matters across multiple jurisdictions, including acquisitions and disposals, sales agreements, supply chain management and the energy transition for oil supermajors, majors and national and international oil companies.
- Advising on the transformational combination of substantially all the upstream UKCS assets of two major North Sea entities to create a leading UKCS production company.
- Advising on the creation of a new 50/50 joint venture independent oil company combining the existing Angolan businesses of two oil majors.
- Assisting on the Final Investment Decision and financial close of a major Track One CCS project.
- Assisting on the launch of a Southern North Sea net zero initiative involving carbon capture.
