Sam is an Associate in the Projects group.
Sam specialises in banking and project finance transactions across the renewable energy sector, acting for financial institutions, sponsors and developers both domestically and internationally.
Since joining the firm, Sam has worked in both the London and Tokyo offices.
- Advising three syndicates of lenders on the capital refinancing of Low Carbon, concurrent with CVC DIF's acquisition of a majority stake in the leading renewable energy investment platform.
- Advising Versamet Royalties Corporation on its US$170m acquisition of a mining royalty and metals stream portfolio comprising interests in mining projects in Namibia and Brazil.
- Advising VPI on the refinancing of its UK CCGT portfolio of over 2GW through a loan facility provided by a syndicate of UK and international banks.
