Richard’s purpose is to give people the opportunity to develop and enhance the knowledge and skills they need to build fulfilling careers and deliver best-in-sector client service. He also oversees the monitoring and evolution of the firm’s workplace culture to ensure it remains fully aligned with our business strategy and that we continue to recruit and retain the best people.
Richard has worked in the legal sector for over 20 years as a Solicitor, Law Lecturer, Skills Trainer, Head of Learning & Development and Executive Coach. He leads the Learning & Development team based in London but travels extensively and has a strong focus on the global firm.
