Her practice focusses on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate structuring, foreign direct investment, mergers & acquisitions and employment. She has extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border commercial transactions representing a diverse range of Thai and international clients.

  • Advising a global private equity fund on regulatory analysis as part of due diligence for the acquisition of a subsidiary manufacturing company specialising in metal and plastic parts for the automotive industry in Thailand.
  • Advising a Thai digital asset company on the legal implications of a contemplated digital asset and payment service transaction, including consultations with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Bank of Thailand.
  • Providing regulatory advice to a Singaporean petroleum distribution company on fuel import/export and refinery operations as part of legal due diligence for their contractual engagement with a Thai public listed company.
