Phoebe is a Senior Associate in the Projects Group.

Phoebe has experience across a wide range of financing transactions. She acts for lenders, sponsors and investors on construction financings, restructurings and amendments to existing loan facilities for renewable power assets (both individual and portfolio financings), as well as infrastructure projects across multiple European jurisdictions.

  • Advising Low Carbon in relation to a £230m innovative financing facility comprising senior debt and an accordion facility with three leading commercial banks, NatWest, Lloyds Bank and Allied Irish Banks, to enable the construction of large-scale renewable energy projects in the UK and the Netherlands.
  • Advising the lenders in relation to the financing and related securities of a set of sustainability-linked corporate facilities for Sonnedix to refinance existing debt and enabling further expansion of the company’s global renewable energy platform.
  • Advising JBIC, EKF and 16 commercial banks on in-life contract management and development of the 950 MW Moray East offshore wind farm in Scotland.
  • Advising JBIC and other commercial banks on in-life contract management of the 1.2 GW Hornsea One offshore wind farm.
  • Advising Encyclis in relation to the financing of the 49 MW Walsall Energy-from-Waste facility in the West Midlands, England.
