Paul is a Partner in the London Projects Group.

Paul is a finance specialist with a particular focus on project and structured financing as well as all forms of energy finance. Experienced advising both sponsors and funders, including traditional lenders as well as ECAs, IFIs and DFIs, Paul has advised on a broad-range of large-scale assets, covering various infrastructure, power (both renewable energy and conventional) and oil & gas projects across Africa, Europe and the Middle East.

Paul speaks fluent Italian, Spanish and Portuguese in addition to his native English.

Paul has also been previously recommended for emerging markets matters by leading legal directory Legal 500.
