Nicharee is an associate in the firm’s corporate group.

Nicharee has worked on a number of corporate and commercial matters, including those focusing on renewable energy, real estate, and transport.

Nicharee has experience advising domestic and international clients on acquisitions and disposal of assets for commercial and residential purposes, renewable energy project development and commercial related matters, corporate restructuring, M&A, and Thai regulatory licensing and compliances including employment matters.

Nicharee graduated in Bachelor of Laws from Thammasat University and joined the firm in 2016.

  • Assisting Thailand’s largest wind farm developer on ongoing commercial matters for several of its wind farms, including EPC and O&M matters, and assisting in conducting vendor due diligence on its wind farm business to support its bidding process and advising on the utilisation of land in an agricultural land reform area as a wind farm.
  • Advising the SPP Thai wind farm developer on preparation of project documents including EPC, BOP and O&M contracts for its development of onshore wind farm in Thailand.
  • Advising the lead arranger bank in relation to the provision of project finance and re-finance to 3 waste-to-energy projects in Thailand including preparing legal due diligence reports focusing on agreements in relation to the projects especially waste supply arrangement, regulatory and permits and licenses.
  • Advising US real estate investment trust W.P. Carey on the THB1.2bn sale of its Thai factory and warehousing operations to ST Property & Logistics Company Limited.
  • Assisting international companies and individuals in the acquisition and disposal of land, hotels, factories, warehouses, condominiums, apartments and branded residences including conducting legal due diligence focusing on land search, zonings, and operating licensing, advising on transaction agreements and handling transaction registrations.
