Niamh is an associate in the Assets and Structured Finance Group.

She advises banks, financial institutions, lessors, owners and operators on loan, security and leasing documentation across the transport sector, with a particular focus on aviation assets.

Prior to joining Watson Farley & Williams, Niamh worked for a Dublin based law firm and has previously completed secondments with two major banks.

  • Advising Bpifrance in connection with various post-issue matters on the ECA-supported financing of three aircraft for Korean Airlines.
  • Advising Griffin Global Asset Management on the transfer of 26 aircraft in connections with a Griffin-sponsored ABS.
