Natasha is a senior Associate in the Assets and Structured Finance group.

Natasha specialises in asset finance and leasing in the transport sector, notably in aviation. She has extensive experience acting for and advising international banks and financial institutions, aircraft lessors, ECAs and aircraft manufacturers.

Natasha works on a wide range of finance transactions in the aviation sector, including operating and finance leasing, debt, pre-delivery payments, engine financing, individual and portfolio sale and purchases, JOLCOs, securitisations and manufacturer support.

Natasha has been recognised as a ‘Key Lawyer’ in Legal 500 UK (2023, 2024 and 2025) and named as a ‘Rising Star’ in 2022 by leading aviation sector publication Airfinance Journal.

Natasha has worked on multiple award winning deals including “African Aviation Facility Award 2023” and Airfinance Journal’s “Revolving Credit Facility Deal of the Year 2022: Acia Aero Leasing Revolving Credit Facility for 14 aircraft”, Airline Economics’ “Global Engine Deal of the Year Award 2021”, “Global Transport Finance’s JOLCO Finance Deal of the Year 2018” and further JOLCO deal of the year awards.

Natasha has been a key contributor to WFW’s Global Aviation Restructuring Index (GARI), which has been shortlisted for six industry awards.

Natasha qualified at the firm as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2017. She worked in our Paris and Singapore offices before returning to London in 2021.
