Meryl is a Hospitality Associate in the Corporate group.
Meryl has experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on hospitality, real estate and related financing transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Meryl practised at a leading law firm in Singapore, where she advised multinational corporations, property developers, institutional clients and high net worth individuals on corporate real estate matters, including acquisitions, divestments, leasing and financing of commercial, industrial and residential properties.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Advising a hotel developer on a contractual arrangement with a wellness longevity clinic in one of the resort destinations in the Indian Ocean.
- Advising a restaurant operator on a white label restaurant management arrangement for a project in Singapore.
- Advising and acting for ultra-high net worth individuals and conglomerate in the acquisition of units in a Grade A office building located in Singapore’s Central Business District for S$86 million.
