Maria Apostolopoulou

MARIA IS AN ASSOCIATE IN THE PROJECT & STRUCTURED FINANCE GROUP.

Maria specialises in real estate law and hospitality. She advises on all aspects of real estate transactions, encompassing corporate law, civil law, cadastral law and urban planning and zoning regulations. She also has experience in infrastructure development projects and commercial lease agreements.

Before joining WFW, Maria worked in a leading real estate developer and hospitality operator, where she gained experience in tourism-related legislation, particularly in relation to condo hotels and complex tourist accommodations.

Maria completed her undergraduate studies at the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and obtained a Master’s in Law and Economics in Energy Markets from Athens University of Economics and a Master’s in Urban and Spatial Planning from National Technical University of Athens.
