  • Advising Standard Chartered on the financing of two A320neo aircraft for TATA SIA Airlines Limited, operating as Vistara, utilising a unique structuring through Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (“GIFT City” or “GIFT”) using an entity which is not a wholly owned subsidiary of the airline. This landmark transaction is one of the first commercial aircraft finance transactions to be structured through GIFT.
  • Advising Avation PLC on the refinancing of five aircraft with Investec PLC, where each aircraft was leased to different lessees located in jurisdictions including Fiji, Nepal, the Philippines and the UK.
  • Advising Commerzbank AG on the JOLCO financing of 1 Airbus A350-900 aircraft on lease to Air France.
  • Advising BNP Paribas in the financing of one Boeing 787-9 and two Airbus A320Neo to Tata SIA Airlines, a joint venture between Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines.
  • Advising China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited (“CALC”) in the financing and delivery of two Boeing 737 MAX 8, two A321Neo and two A320Neo to an Indian airline and Chinese airline.
