Luzia is an Associate in the Regulatory, Public Law & Competition Group.

Luzia´s main areas of expertise are administrative, public procurement and state aid law, where she specialises in infrastructure and digitalisation projects with an industry focus on education & research, health, mobility and telecommunications.

Luzia advises on the legal conception, preparation and implementation of procurement procedures (construction, supply and services) and competitive procedures (concessions) as well as the drafting of service agreements and conducting of negotiations. She also represents clients in review proceedings and other (judicial) disputes. In addition, she advises on regulatory issues in support of transactions.

Luzia’s clients include public authorities and municipalities as well as public and private companies, banks and investors.

Sie ist spezialisiert auf das öffentliche Wirtschaftsrecht sowie das Vergabe- und Beihilfenrecht. Die Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte von Luzia Ferenschild liegen auf Infrastruktur- und Digitalisierungsvorhaben mit einem Branchenfokus auf Bildung & Forschung, Gesundheit, Mobilität sowie Telekommunikation.

Das Beratungsspektrum von Luzia Ferenschild umfasst insbesondere die rechtliche Konzeptionierung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Vergabeverfahren (Bau-, Liefer- und Dienstleistungen) und wettbewerblichen Verfahren (Konzessionen) nebst Gestaltung der Leistungsverträge und Durchführung von Verhandlungen. Außerdem vertritt sie Mandanten in Nachprüfungsverfahren und sonstigen (gerichtlichen) Auseinandersetzungen. Zudem berät sie transaktionsbegleitend zu regulatorischen Fragestellungen.
