Lucie Couillard Sosa

Lucie is an Associate in the Corporate and Capital Markets Group.

Lucie focusses on international corporate and capital markets transactions primarily in the maritime sector. She advises on a variety of securities and transactional issues, including corporate governance matters, public offerings, and other securities offerings.

Lucie earned her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2023, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.
