Lovelace is an associate in the Finance team in Paris.
She advises financial institutions, trading houses and sponsors on a variety of project finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on Africa.
Lovelace is a Solicitor qualified in England and Wales. Prior to joining the firm, she completed her training at an international law firm based in London working on a wide range of complex finance transactions, and completed a secondment in Hong Kong.

Elle conseille des institutions financières, des sociétés de négoce et des sponsors sur diverses opérations de financement de projets dans les secteurs de l’énergie et des infrastructures, tout particulièrement en Afrique.
Lovelace est solicitor au barreau d’Angleterre et du Pays de Galles. Avant de rejoindre le cabinet, elle a exercé au sein d’un cabinet d’avocats international basé à Londres, travaillant sur une variété d’opérations de financement complexes, et effectué un détachement à Hong Kong.
