Lorraine is an associate in the Dispute Resolution group.

Lorraine advises clients on complex commercial disputes, including shareholder, contractual, construction and infrastructure-related matters. She has experience acting in proceedings before the DIFC and ADGM Courts and in international arbitration, with a particular focus on cross-border disputes involving parties and assets across multiple jurisdictions.

She has a particular interest in disputes arising in the natural resources, critical minerals and commodity trading sectors across Africa.

Lorraine trained in the firm’s London office from 2023 to 2025 before relocating to Dubai, where she joined the Dispute Resolution team as an Associate.
