Linh is an Associate in the Projects and Corporate Group, based in Hanoi.
She assists on matters relating to foreign investments into Vietnam, energy and infrastructure, banking and project finance and corporate. She obtained her LLB from Hanoi Law University.
She is fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Advising Asian Development Bank on a US$132m secured loan facility for Vingroup and VinFast.
- Advising a leading Spanish developer on the acquisition of a pipeline of wind assets in Vietnam.
- Advising a Foreign Invested Enterprise, as a Borrower, in a development loan to refinance the construction of a manufacturing facility in Vietnam for the production of women and children personal hygiene products.
- Advising DK Consultants, as consultants for project sponsors, in the development of 4,500 MW LNG to Power Project in Central of Vietnam and 3,000 MW LNG to Power Project in the South of Vietnam.
- Advising the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the development of the Vinh Tan 1, Mong Duong 2, Nghi Son 2, Vung Ang 2, Van Phong 1 project.
